Adjusters and the scope
Dan has 15 years as a contractor and a decade handling insurance claims. He writes the scope, sets the price, and works the job with us. On insurance rebuilds he catches what the carrier left out. He meets adjusters on site and has written and negotiated hundreds of insurance claims. His biggest increase was 40%, a $130k increase on a fire claim. He typically gets a 10-20% increase in approved scope, which often lets us upgrade the homeowner at no extra cost. That is his track record, not a guarantee, and it is not a review.
How a rebuild starts
Call or text (210) 436-9117, or send the form. Tell us the address, what happened, and when you want someone out. We walk the house the same way we do for any other job: look at the work, then a clear price for the scope we are rebuilding.
A published Nextdoor review describes a repair that avoided a claim. That is a different job from a rebuild. Read it on the reviews page.
